My grandmother needs a good flashlight to read because her eyesight is very bad. She loves this business. Different brightness settings are perfect for her! And the battery life mostly depends only on how good the batteries are that you use. A couple of cheap AAA seems to be long enough for her. And there were two of these in the kit, so I'm keeping one in my bag for unforeseen circumstances! Really handy when working in the dark. The grip could be a little more comfortable and I wish there was a button or switch to lock the zoom position, but those are my only minor issues. I highly recommend!
