I bought a new 27" monitor and wanted to be able to pivot it, adjust the height etc - everything a fixed stand can't do. The monitor proved to be heavier than I expected and I doubted this mount (the cheapest I could find on Revain) would be able to hold it. But that's exactly what I needed. The rear monitor mounting plate comes with a variety of screws, washers, and plastic screws to ensure a tight fit, no matter the size or brand of your monitor. It took me a few minutes of trial and error to find a combination that worked for my monitor, but once I did, the panel adhered perfectly. If I wanted to, I could easily remove the monitor from the bracket and mount it on the original stand without breaking the panel. strong enough to support the extra weight of the monitor. There are three points on the mount (hex head screws) that allow you to adjust the height, the "angle" of the mount, and the tilt of the monitor. All of these points can be tightened or loosened using the included hex wrenches. IMPORTANT: ONLY USE THESE ALLEN KEYS. NEVER USE A POWER TOOL. Socket head screws can easily break off if too much force is applied. Adjustment with the screws removed is impossible, and removing it is a headache (trust me). This is a great stand and I would recommend it to anyone.
