Very useless for a headset
This grip was not thought out, the rubber band presses the hand against the controller, making it uncomfortable to hold and pressing the buttons is difficult and uncomfortable. I still can't believe they do this without testing them first and thinking about durability or ease of use, changing the batteries on the controllers would be such a pain! And I'm sure it's a rubber anchor. The only good thing I can say about it is that it has a really good rubber grip.
