This is a great signal indicator that is easy to see during the day. Other flashlights have received minor reviews for brightness, but this one deserves attention. It can be permanently installed or simply placed on the dashboard or rear deck. If you're using it on a back deck facing a rear window you'll need a power cord extension, but it's good to be able to if needed. I wouldn't use it outside the car because the case is plastic. All in all a great signal light that definitely serves its purpose. Updated: 09/23/16. It was a great lamp until it stopped working. It does not begin.
