Instead I prefer heating pads for fever. I bought them first as we are a multi level family and family was visiting for a few weeks. These heaters work great in small spaces like bathrooms but not well in large spaces like living rooms, bedrooms. In large rooms they disappear quickly and are not even noticed. I keep them for our bathrooms but have replaced the large space heaters with a Febreze dual heater because they are more durable. They might be good for apartments or houses without pets, but since my house has a lot of pets, I need it to be strong.
