Firstly, Revain does NOT know how to ship lamps. They usually come in a padded envelope and usually have a break or two on arrival. very small and not at all fragile will be in a cardboard box if an envelope is needed. Bulbs usually come in flimsy envelopes in my experience and are damaged. At least one of these bulbs was too long and didn't fit the light. I was afraid of breaking the plastic clips. I took another lightbulb and it fitted correctly. To me, this suggests that the quality of these lamps is mediocre at best. I think it's easier to pay full retail price for bulbs than hassle with broken items and return them.
