I ordered this item and found that the manual in Spanish and the wall bracket was not in the box. I contacted the seller about the Spanish manual which I couldn't read and the lack of a wall mount. I returned the phone. I was given another phone and it had a Spanish manual and again no wall mount. I didn't want to make another return and order again, I figured I'd have the same problem again. I started looking for another phone and this phone was from another seller, I contacted them and asked if a wall mount was included. I got an answer and thought the wall mount he described didn't sound like it was correct. I sent a copy of the picture from the Spanish manual and was given a picture of the back of the bracket the phone had. It didn't look like I needed it, the new seller said if I order it he would make sure the wall mount is in the box. I felt the mount didn't look quite right and this seller had a higher price on the phone. I looked at other types of phones to buy and buy phones from other sellers. I really didn't want to order another phone, wait to get it and realize the mount was wrong. I decided that I would try making a sheet metal bracket myself, the original one was molded plastic. My mount fitted perfectly and I fixed the phone to the wall. I would have given the phone a lower rating but the phone had no issues prior to this April 2020 date so the rating for the phone is the rating for ordering twice and the same issue the second time plus the time used with a different seller would the decision to just make the mount yourself get zero or 1 star. What if I didn't have enough skill to make a clip?
