This product was originally delivered to the wrong address, then passed to us by neighbors and then turned out to be DOA. We have to return this for a replacement but the window was replaced on 10/01. closed, which is pretty easy considering we've only had it a few weeks. Doesn't work at all. We've tried connecting to every computer we have.
