You could bring this out in a meeting and feel good about having it, or you could use it at home and it would meet most of your needs. The cover is really lovely and the bookmarks useful to keep track of the monthly section in tandem with the weekly section. The fancy ones give you lots of stickers but then you have to mark the months and days and events in your planner. This one has the dates printed on the months and weeks and that is useful if you don't have time to paste a ton of stickers in a book while thinking about your weekly and monthly goals. There are pages that might not apply to you; I use sticky notes over those pages to make my own goals and lists and doodles. There is no band to keep it closed, so you might need a ribbon or rubber band; and the pages are a little thin (okay for using with colored pencils but there is some bleed-through with permanent markers) but that makes it lighter to carry around so, seems like a fair enough trade-off.
