I've spent the last 3 hours putting this together but it's impossible! I set up a tripod and it's ok, haven't tried the light yet because I can't even attach the phone mount! I've been watching videos, calling support, viewing photos, etc. and I can't connect. My problem is that I can't lock the holder securely and to stay in one place it just slides down and it's impossible to lock. The holder has a continuous bar that you twist to tighten. In all the pictures, the bar is on the back and the screw part is on the back and the bar is next to your phone. Mine has the stem entry on the inside of the back of the phone so the stem is the opposite of what is shown in the photos. In my case you insert the bar from the front where the phone holder is and there is a mounting hole. The rod can't be tightened enough to attach it to the stand and I don't know if it's the rod on the holder or what, but I've been waiting for my case and now I can't work. I am very very angry!
