I like the fact that it's big enough to support your arms and shoulders. Very convenient. I liked it so much I bought my mom to try it because she has a hiatal hernia that makes her acid reflux worse. My mom and I both slept on our stomachs, so we didn't really think it would work for us. My mom loves it now too! Sleeping on a wedge gave us such a good night's sleep that I don't think I moved all night! Now I sleep on wedges. :). I also have sleep apnea. The wedge really helps me sleep better with the mask on. The mask doesn't slip off and my mouth won't open at times, making my throat very dry. I think the reason is that I don't lie flat and try to lay on some pillows. If you are skeptical, give it a try. If you don't like it, send it back. Actually nothing to lose. It only took me 2 nights and my mum 1 night to decide we would keep it.
