I like the concept of this product. I have a windshield mount and need a cable that doesn't plug in and goes straight down. Unfortunately, my Otterbox case and my Pelican case for my iPhone 12 Pro are too thick for a secure connection. That's a good line. But if the connector was a bit longer to accommodate more cases I would give it 5 stars.
