I liked this product at first. The blanket is very soft and well made. Nice grey. 15 pounds felt just right. I really thought I hit the jackpot! However, after 2 weeks of sleeping under the covers, I developed inexplicable weakness in my legs and pain in my knees. I woke up feeling like I had run a marathon. I never had this problem before using the blanket. Searched for answers and found that weighted blankets are only recommended for extra use and not for a few hours. According to one article, the blanket should be used in 20-30 minute increments with a 90 minute break. I used it for 8-10 hours straight! There is no warning anywhere regarding its use. Shame as I loved the blanket. But unfortunately I won't be using it anymore.
