I would like to use whitening trays instead because they need to stay on dry teeth for 5-10 minutes. it means keeping your lips away from your teeth during this time, which to me is unnatural. Because of this, I've found myself using it less. I think it whitened my teeth although after a few uses it didn't cause sensitivity like Crest Whitening Strips
