We shipped without a shoe box and appears to have been worn/used. Said "new " when buying.

We received them in bubble wrap. There was no shoe box and something was stuck to the bottom of the sole as if they had been worn before. Understandable if I had chosen the 'open box' or 'used as new' option but they were full price for that brand and claimed to be new.
