I bought this for my upper lip hair on my face. Surprisingly, I had no pain. Already the first time it felt like lots of little pinpricks, but I must have a very high pain tolerance because it wasn't bad at all for me. It hardly bothers me now, except that the area just under my nose is still a bit sore. Really pulls hair from the root and doesn't break it! When I brush it I can see the small hairs it has caught, the roots are intact. Hair grows back much more slowly now. I've even started using it on my feet but it takes a very, very long time. You have to walk around countless times trying to be thorough. Maybe 30 minutes or more. But the plus is that now the hair grows back for a very long time. Overall I'm very happy with it! No more razor burn, expensive wax strips, or other horrible hair removal products! My new approach.
