The first thing that struck me when I received my mugs was that the packaging said "DO NOT MICROWAVE AND DO NOT DISHWASHER" even though the product description said you can. Because of this I hand wash them all and they hold up well. In addition, most cups have a very pronounced seam on the sides. In my opinion not worth 10€ per piece, maximum 5€. I also use them for hot drinks but they are really difficult to hold without burning yourself due to the thin glass and lack of handles. So be careful when handling hot drinks.
