I had another pair under 12 months and they had a rubber bottom for safety. little blue. Orange, that is, for 12-18 months, PLASTIK, and I'm sending it back. I'll try Blue 1 and see if it gets gummy. My child does not walk, but stands and moves and needs support when walking. I have the first ones, they are rubber for sure so I upped the rating. The blue ones and the ones on the chair are good, safe and rubbery.
