Resists water ingress, extremely durable
Tissue paper works really well, I made a big rose out of it and use it with Hot glued on, it's thicker than walmart crap and will last until water is accidentally spilled on it, I'm a cosplayer and have a jug of water handy on my desk, it had tipped over, the tissue paper was in the same place and I thought it would be ruined, it dries up and I use the paper the next day. Will buy again, it's also better than buying 20 packs at Walmart when you can get a big bunch for a lot less.
