I like how easily it integrates into other systems (paycheck / direct deposit).

It does prompt users when there should be an update of information - which helps keep things fresh! Sometimes updates don't get saved until after hours/weekends etc., so if someone forgets something we have no idea what was actually entered unless going through manual entry process. This has helped us streamline several processes including tracking vacation days used vs paid; allowing managers more efficient access via mobile devices.
