I wish #1 wasn't active but solid light they called #12 The reason is because I set it up so that the remote is in my room and the USB is closer to my bed. I can turn the bed light on and off, but I turn on the last setting, so I have to press the button 12 times before it gets to #12. Yes, it does respond to sound if you're close enough to the USB, but the low-key fit is even for me that's rarely triggered by anything. Think again if you have friends who can provoke you. You can also trim your garlands to the right length and you'll be fine, just think twice before you trim them.
