I decided to take it because of the overwhelmingly positive feedback on the quality of the sound (after reading the unfavorable comments, I suspected that they were based on a bias), which was in no way warranted. The sound is really horrible, which is probably the most distinguishing feature of the player in my opinion. It's extremely loud, yet it makes no sense, and using an equalization won't help in any way. It was convenient that you are able to securely twist sets that are two hours lengthy and 16 GB in memory (on my sony nwz-e583 this was very lacking). Although the Sennheiser cx-200 on Sony performed an excellent job of bringing out the sound and producing very deep bass and decent low frequencies, I was unable to locate the sweet spot in this regard. To summarize, I am really dissatisfied))). I'll hand it over to someone who isn't concerned about how it sounds.
