quality is what you get. Be aware that it will be quite stiff when you first put it on. That shows good quality. And it will take time, but it will take root and then it will become unique to you. I myself was a recent Citizen user. Your first smartwatch was my first citizen AND my first smartwatch! And I have one with a more stylish all-metal bracelet. A while back I had a watch with this strap and it always pinched my wrist slightly. But when I wore such a Citizen bracelet, it never pinched my wrist! I couldn't believe it! I'm just saying all this to explain why I already believe in Citizen quality. Also, I needed a watch strap that was more casual anyway. But jesus citizen some of us can barely afford groceries lol.
