I have already replaced the case on my controller so installation was as easy as pulling out and inserting genuine Sony branded parts. Taking your controller apart to simply swap out this part can be a little more frustrating. They feel natural and are easy to use (and fluid in motion too!) Color as in the picture. I definitely recommend it.
