It was expensive considering it's just a shirt and my husband needed a short sleeve with buttons to learn sleep. He usually wears size L/XL but I bought size 2XL to give him more room. It was so crowded that it was uncomfortable to sleep. The buttons are pulled over the chest after washing in warm water and drying at low temperature. The arms and shoulders were also narrow.
