I wish I knew about these bows before! I put duct tape on the sides of my couch and the cats refused. The sheets have a strong hold on the sofa and didn't come undone when one of my cats started nibbling on them. (I also tested a small piece and it doesn't destroy the couch if you take it off!) Cats now ignore the couch fabric and use the scratching post as they should. You can trim the sheets to any size, but I used them in full to make sure they didn't take up a new spot. Training Tip: Place the scratching post by the couch until they stop misbehaving.
