The skirt is beautiful! The colors and the fabric are better than I personally expected. The skirt has buttons that need to be fastened before tying the cape to give you extra security. I ended up having to go bigger - I originally ordered a small one and couldn't close it, but I was able to tie it. I have a small stomach and weigh 135 pounds and the skirt doesn't button up where I wanted it to fit on my waist (not a high waist fan). I prefer the cut to overlap a bit as I plan on using this for work so I went a medium size. This skirt can easily be worn up or down and the quality was good!
