But it's great. - Pots and pans

This is a great little pot, but it's not perfect. For the family, it's noon when you're done with breakfast. For one person, maybe two people, this is something you absolutely must have in your kitchen. They need to cook at low temperatures without exception. I'm used to cooking on cast iron, I have a high medium range so the cooking time for each dish was what I was used to. If you enjoy cooking with non-stick, wok or stainless steel cookers, the cooking time may seem longer. I used this to make an AIP compatible chapati and after a few rounds it started not sticking. I set it aside to cool and took a quick dip and the nonstick coating worked again. If they ever make a version of the counter that tips over with multiple "pans," I can see it becoming as relevant to everyone as Instapot is. This is a great prototype for something that could be amazing.
