This company was kind enough to send me a whole set of caps, but one after the other I had the same problem. There's a tiny rubber stopper in there and it comes out and you'll be lucky if you notice it because it's so small. I have no idea what it's for, but once it's gone it won't suck or pull from a straw. So all 4 straw lids I received didn't work. While I appreciate the company sending me a replacement, they don't actually make caps so there's nothing they can do. They claim they have no complaints about this, but I see people complaining here. Of course it can't be bad luck that all four straw covers I got from them broke. Other lids work well, but I bought this one specifically for a straw lid.
