Very good for connecting microcontrollers like Pro-micro, Nice!nano or other alternatives. If you plan to use it for a mechanical keyboard, please note that you will need to cut one of the retaining clips at the end with a couple of flush or diagonal cutters so the connector faces down as shown. Overall it's really easy to use and will get even more in the future.
