I ordered 2 of these, 1 worked fine, the others work but the colors are distorted, for example green trees or my black t-shirt has a purple tint due to an unknown issue now known to the seller. When I first messaged the seller, they offered a refund or sent a replacement. I choose a replacement as I use them for security cameras. When the replacement came it also had the same problem right out of the box. I immediately contacted the seller again and they offered a full refund for the product. The seller also assured me that they are now investigating the cause of this and will notify me when the problem is resolved and send a replacement. I hope soon. Otherwise you couldn't ask for better customer service.
