The first order lasted 2 weeks. The cable has lost connection within the sheath. It was an easy return. Now a few months later I'm having the same issue with the exchange. No returns this time as there is no link to click on the order menu. According to the seller, all returns must go through Amazon. I can't say a bad word about CPO outlets for their response. But I would kick Dewalt out because of the quality of the product. I'm a huge Dewalt fan so this was a natural choice for me. Unfortunately, the cables inside the case lose their connection and the heating function does not work. I was expecting to get at least one season out of one if not two.
