Too small to be useful.
I received a heart shaped urn that was much smaller than what you can see in the photos. The heart-shaped urn itself is only about half an inch wide. The funnel they provide is almost useless as the hole has to be small enough to fit the tiny heart opening and it is almost impossible to put the ash in it as it keeps getting stuck in the funnel due to its small size. Opening. So, from the point of view of practical use, this thing is unsatisfactory. In addition, the chain itself is very thin and fragile. Since I have to leave this thing, I'm going to have to put it on a much stronger necklace chain.
