Review on 🔵 iPearl mCover Hard Shell Case for Microsoft Surface Laptop 13.5-inch (3/2 / 1) – Blue [Not Compatible with Surface Book or Tablet] by Justin Reese

Well, I rarely write reviews, but this one deserves it. The product name clearly states that it FITS the Surface Notebook 3. It clearly states that there are NO BOOK and TABLET models. They fail to mention that this product will NOT fit the METAL version of the Surface 3 laptop. It can only fit the FABRIC version. I ordered this as I just bought my laptop and was about to get out of town and wanted it to be protected. Well it was a failure. The laptop remains unprotected. After contacting customer support, they confirmed that they were aware of the problem. Why not promote it BOLDLY AND CLEARLY!? Also, the images they use seem to depict the metal version! Finally, the black color photo shows the Microsoft logo on the lid. Once you put the top cover on the laptop, the Microsoft logo is NOT visible. Obviously, anyone involved in photography and graphic design needs to be reprimanded. I will update the review if and when this is ever fixed and I actually receive the product. I ordered. All in all a big disappointment.
