I bought this comforter almost as a last minute purchase while I was ordering a mattress cover and sheet set. The price was amazingly low for the type of comforter it is. I figured, I was already giving my bed an overhaul. I might as well take the chance and order the special ebay was selling on a comforter that was described to be like a down comforter. but polyester and machine washable. No, it does not come with pillow shams or a bed skirt, but it is wonderful. I did read some reviews of it on amazon, and most were favorable. There were multiple comments about it being flat upon arrival and taking a week to fluff itself up, but that is only due to the shrink rapping it arrives in. You can place it in your dryer with a couple of your favorite smelling dryer sheets for a 10 minute "fluff" dryer cycle, and it comes out beautiful and fluffy. We have a queen size bed, and there is a well amount of overhang. I triple checked for faulty stitching (because I had read that in a review) and there was none. It is a soft and comfy comforter, not too hot, cold, or heavy. I would recommend it to closest friends and family. It taught me some things are worth it on an impulse buy. Thanks to whom ever gave it as an option on sale at the end of my mattress cover and sheet buy.
