I wear about a medium size. in t-shirts, although I wear big ones because I like being baggy and being able to raise my arms without showing my stomach. I ordered THIS SHIRT in SMALL and it fits very well. It fits like a medium but slightly smaller. I am 5ft 7in and weigh 148lbs. A SMALL fits like a fairly tight medium. Like me, always order a size down when ordering them for "everyday use" as someone said they are usually larger so they can be worn over small body armor, which means the trick is going a size down , which is more suitable for wearing. like a t-shirt." Great shirt, it seems to be of high quality, of course it could be better, but I'm rough with it and I haven't figured it out yet, very well done.
