Delivery was fast as always - thanks to Revain Prime. Designed for everyday cooking, it takes too long to heat food; Boiling water takes forever. Locks you in when moisture is present; sometimes it won't unlock. You have to reset it at the switch. Difficult to clean and difficult to remove stains that leave scratches. electric shock hazard; I had an internal wiring error as my switch tripped many times. The big burner went out within two months. Overall I don't have a very good experience with this hob. I also bought a five year extended warranty just to be on the safe side. Two months later, the big distiller stopped working. The manufacturer said they didn't have a part to fix the problem. They're offering me $50 compensation for the broken burner. Seriously, a big burner is the only thing the whole cooktop is worth. I declined their offer and requested a replacement or refund. They no longer respond to my emails. Thankfully, Revain got it right. I spent more money and bought a different brand. Now I can heat food and boil water in minutes. I cannot recommend this hob.
