I really felt like I bought a great bag when the item arrived! I've been using it for a week, maybe a week and a half. I don't overload it or stuff things in it. I only use it to carry my laptop, charger, makeup, wallet and water bottle to and from work. As I went to put my hand lotion away this morning, not only did one of the inner pockets start to come loose right at the side, but the water bottle compartment at the other end was completely ripped off the side of the bag! This leaves several pockets almost useless. Like I said, I don't even pack half the things that the bag should contain. I am extremely disappointed.
