They get softer with every wash. If you have large breasts (C or larger), increase the size for the space. I wear a medium size in their regular two piece pajamas from them, but when I put on a medium size in a nightgown it fits snugly around my chest and also gets snug when you sleep. It fits anywhere. I have the large and it's big for me (5ft 2 and 129lbs) but it's very comfortable, it shrinks a bit in the dryer (on low heat and wash cold). Definitely go one size up for comfort.
