I ordered these therapy balls. As an Occupational Therapist working in a work environment with repetitive motion pain, I use this as part of my self care methods. I give these balls to employees who have trigger points on their backs or shoulders and teach them how to target those areas effectively. Use those balls to hit those trigger points. These balls are durable and effective. They seem a bit smaller than the average tennis ball to me, but that's okay because they do what I need them to do. Overall they are great for the price. I use them medicinally because they are perfect. However, I cannot talk about efficiency in playing tennis.
