Customer Service good once reached ** One of 2 lamps Stopped working in about 9 months.

The product died before the 1 year warranty timeframe. The Seller/manufacturer has not responded to email or submission on their website.** Updated: Seller replied back to my email complaint, and after a couple of diagnosis exchanges agreed light had a fault in electronics & refunded me money for 1 light (half the cost) which is fair enough. hence changed rating from 1 to 4 stars. *** If issues best to email them.

WATERPROOF IP65 & HEATPROOF: It can withstand rain and other extreme weather conditions. It's Durable to use. It is offered with 1-year warranty and lifetime friendly customer service.
