The most beneficial thing about using Vitelity is that it's easy to set up. I was able to get my business set up quickly with all its features without any problems. Also, they are very supportive with any questions or concerns you may have. It can be pricey for small businesses like mine. There isn't much you can do to customize your account since everything is pretty much preset. If you need an easy way to communicate with clients, Vitelity has done their homework and provided simple solutions that work. We used Vitelity to replace our old phone system which was outdated.
