Good size for bike tools but NOT waterproof.

The description of this bag states that it is a "waterproof bike backpack". The fabric is waterproof, but the zipper is not. This isn't a problem for me as I keep my bike tools in a zipped bag, but I don't think electronics or other valuables stay dry in the rain. Truly waterproof backpacks are hard to find and usually expensive. This bag is just the right size to fill the dead space under the handlebars of our tandem and storage space for tools and equipment in the event of a puncture. Velcro straps keep them securely in place so the bag doesn't wobble while you ride.

Pros

Large opening and easy access. The bike front bag features a large zip opening for easy access, and the non-slip zip puller is easy to grab, even with winter gloves.
