My cat has developed inflammatory diseases of the stomach and intestines. I have always fed my cats dry food. My vet recommended this food not only because of the liquid it contains. but also for its high nutritional value - grain-free and easily digestible. FYI - cats need wet food, especially as they get older due to the increased fluid content - it helps prevent kidney problems. It was a difficult transition. and have tried other brands. Earthborn seems to make her happy.
