The bright purple and lemon green fun collar was a fun collar for my dog to wear over the summer. It reminds me and my daughter of the color of a watermelon! For reference, my dog weighs 12.5 pounds and is about the size of a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. Size 10-16 inch fits perfectly. A 6-10 inch size also fit, but was much thinner and less bulky for her size. This could explain the problems others might have had when the collar wasn't strong enough to hold their dog. Make sure you buy a large enough size as you can always tighten it. We have had the collar for four months now, it is strong and of good quality and the colors are still as vibrant as when purchased.
