Revainrating 5 out of 5

UPDATED: Worked great when it worked.

Edit: Anker customer support contacted me about this issue and fixed it. I forgot to mention that Anker offers a guarantee that goes well beyond Revain's return policy. I ordered this Qi charging cradle a little over two months ago. I also bought a standard 10w charger and two Powerwave chargers. In fact, I buy almost exclusively Anker cables and adapters. This device has failed. In the last two days it has gone from flawless performance to sporadic at best. I was using it with the QC ports on my Anker PowerPort Speed 5 and suddenly I was woken up by my phone's light as it charged and discharged. Since this Qi charger is new, I replaced the larger charger on my bedside table with a PowerPort Speed 2 that I carry in my bag. Problem still exists. The next troubleshooting step was to replace the USB cable with a newly purchased Anker PowerLine USB-A to USB TypeC cable. Still no bones. My phone still works great with all my other Aker Qi chargers, but this one seems to be dying already. I have tried Pixel, Galaxy Note 8, My Galaxy Note 10+ and tonight iPhone 11 Pro Max. Although this is only the second Anker product I've ever had an issue with, I can't help but be disappointed when a brand I suggest and even gift to friends and family has quality control issues.
