I like how they have several different types of plans for employees to choose from, as well as affordable options available if you don't qualify for their more expensive programs. The customer service is also very helpful when it comes time to enroll in benefits or make changes/additions after enrollment has taken place! It's difficult sometimes trying to figure out what your insurance covers since there are so many details about each plan type (PPO vs HSA). Make sure to do some research online before deciding which program will work best with your needs. They can be pricey but worth every penny once all medical bills are covered.
