I love Duke Cannon soap, so the soap dish is a great alternative to the loofah and shower gel combo. The smell is much leatherier than leafy. I was expecting more tobacco at the beginning of the fragrance (since there are other leather-themed fragrances). I'm sticking with Old Milwaukee - it has more of the 'sweetness' I was looking for. However, it has a signature lingering scent that brings me back to Duke Cannon. The soap dish has a softer orange side and a more aggressive green side. The green side was downright painful to use for the first few weeks. Almost like steel wool. Now it's a bit worn so I use it to scrape dirt, grime and dried paint off my daily work. Overall the packaging is surprisingly sturdy as both come in boxes and the soap holder can be used for refills. (The Duke Cannon rods are so big that you can easily use any other rod you want).
