I've been taking them all the time, and while some men usually respond well to vitamins and supplements, it's not surprising that I didn't notice a significant difference in the growth or thickness of the hair. For some reason I don't usually do this; So if basic vitamins and supplements, even caffeine, aren't doing much for you, you might be better off skipping it. I have no doubt that it works, but in my specific case it doesn't. I personally wouldn't buy this again.
