I have carpal tunnels in both hands and have tried hard curved plastic wrist/wrist wraps. They hurt within minutes and you are very limited in any job. These bracelets are comfortable and versatile enough that you can use different techniques depending on which area is hurting. The only downside is that the material rolls, especially the end with a thumb hole. Machine washed, maybe hand wash better.
